About four months ago, I discovered Andy on Instagram while looking for easy dinner ideas. Besides cooking, I also enjoy quick and easy dinner recipes that use ingredients I already have on hand. My favorite things about Andy's ideas are that they're fun, quick, and really tasty!

My go to Summer Salad of 2022 is his Morrocan Chickpea Salad. In my fridge at all times, it serves as a perfect snack, a delicious side dish, or a complete meal when paired with feta and protein of your choice.
