Our Original Shortbread Bites are made with 100% Gluten Free Flour made in Canada. These Bites are not too sweet and have just the right amount of buttery goodness and crumb. Perfect with tea or a piece of soft cheese.
Enjoy the Bites knowing our products are completely gluten-free friendly as we do our best to sanitize all equipment and baking pans before making them. We can not guarantee any cross-contamination as do make other products using wheat flour in our facility but we do our best.
***Due to the rising costs of gluten free supplies we are discontinuing our Gluten Free Shortbread Bites. We have a limited amount left and once those are gone we will not be producing any more. ***

White Rice Flour, Sorghum flour, tapioca starch, potato starch and xanthan gum, butter, sugar, and egg.
