HOW DOES THIS WORK?
Place your order online, choose shipping, free no-contact pick up or local delivery for $5 and your Stash Box will be carefully packed full of our scrumptious baked goods and ready to go.
HOW DO I DO A STORE, NO-CONTACT PICK UP? For no contact pick up, choose that option at check out. When you get a notice that your order is ready, please run over here to grab it! ;) Enter our glassed in foyer and find your bag with your name on it. A no-brainer? Organized alphabetically according to first name. Our hours are M-F 10-3 but Queen Baker is usually in by 8 am and out by 4:30, so you can always knock.
WHAT IF I DON’T WANT A STASH BOX? Check out our Cafe Menu to see what we have available. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us what you would like. We can put something together for you! The order will be processed through our bakery and you will be sent a receipt that you can pay using e-transfer to the same email.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST AND IS SHIPPING EXTRA?
The Premium Stash Box is $25.99, shipping is between $10-$15 in Ontario. Approximately $15-$29 across Canada
The Ultimate Stash Box is $45.99, shipping is between $10-$15 in Ontario. Approximately $15-$29 across Canada.

We ship across Canada.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BOX?
Delivery within Ontario is usually overnight. If you live in a remote location in Ontario, then your delivery may take an extra day or two.
PLEASE NOTE: Delivery services are not available on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday and will be shipped out to you within 2 business days.
WHAT IF I WANT TO RECEIVE A BOX EVERY MONTH?
That tells us how smart you are. Please contact us at email@example.com.
CAN I SEND A BOX AS A GIFT?
Yes, you can. Enter your recipient's details and we’ll ship the box to them directly. We’ll also include a little card with a message from you, if you like. You can also purchase an Art Card from us for $3.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY ORDER?
You can send a note to us if there is something specific you want in the box but otherwise it is up to Queen Baker.
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE IT?
Chances are you will be home, but if not, the courier will leave the package at your front door. Since these are freshly baked products, please consider having your box delivered to your comfy air-conditioned place of work during the hot summer months.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY BOX IS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING?
We use a non crushable box that can hold up to 200lbs. so damage is not likely but if it is send us a picture. We'll talk.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
It's important to us that you're happy. Recognizing that these are unprecedented times, we are less likely to refund if your unhappiness is due to shipping delays, broken tarts or crushed dreams. If you are not satisfied with the taste of the baked goods, that’s another story. Like a fairy tale, ‘cuz that like never happens.

WHAT TYPE OF INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE?
Real salted butter, flour, sugar, semi-sweet chocolate, egg and real cream.
DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN NUTS/SESAME SEEDS?
We are a peanut and tree-nut, sesame seed free facility.
ARE THERE ANY PRESERVATIVES OR ADDITIVES IN YOUR PRODUCTS?
Ew, David. No.
DO YOU HAVE FOOD OR SAFETY MANUFACTURING PROGRAMS IN PLACE?
We are a Public Health approved commercial kitchen, with health and safety guidelines that are updated regularly. CFIA has recently inspected our facility and our packaging and has found all to be satisfactory. (This is the highest rating!)
DO YOUR BAKED GOODS CONTAIN TRANS FATS?
There are no trans fats only butterfat. The best kind of fat.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
Our products are made with butter, which is a natural preservative. Shortbread packaged is good for 60 days. Tarts and Brownies, packaged are good for up to 20 days. Crack is shelf stable for 6 months. You can freeze all our products. The scones and cookies are made fresh so please eat them right away or store them in your freezer. You microwave the scones for a few seconds or consider warming up in a toaster oven or oven at 350 for a few minutes.
HOW DO I STORE YOUR PRODUCTS? DO THEY NEED TO BE REFRIGERATED?
Store everything in its original packaging and on the counter. Do not refrigerate. Everything can be frozen. Most items need to be stored in a cool dark place. They should not be exposed to direct sunlight.
