Welcome
to Eat My Shortbread
Now…Handmade in Prince Edward County, Loved Across Ontario
Small-batch shortbread with a long-standing reputation - and the kind of care you can taste.
We Bake Like It Matters
Eat My Shortbread was born in Markham and moved to Durham Region, where we spent years building a business rooted in relationships - one batch, one customer, and one farmers’ market at a time.
Now based in Prince Edward County, we’re still baking the same way: in small batches, by hand, with real ingredients and a lot of care.
Our kitchen is nut-free, our recipes are free from preservatives, and our products are made to feel like a treat, but never a compromise.
Whether you’re stocking your shop, planning a standout event, or just looking for something better with your afternoon tea, we’re so glad you’re here.
Who We Work With
For shops that want more than just another cookie on the shelf
Our shortbread sells well, but it also sticks. People come back for it. Ask us about wholesale options or private label partnerships if you want a product that makes a real connection.
👉 Curious about carrying us? Let's talk wholesale.
👉 Thinking of putting your name on our baking? Here’s how private label works.
For event organizers who want their treats remembered
Whether it’s a market, a wedding, a conference, or a thank-you gift, our snacks show up looking sharp and tasting better. We’re happy to talk custom packaging, flavours, or simple ready-to-serve options.
👉 Have an event coming up? We’ve got ideas and custom-printed cookies. Want to talk it through? Please get in touch.
For media & press looking for something real
We’ve been doing this since 1994, before “small-batch” became a buzzword. Trisha’s story is full of heart (and humour), and we’re always glad to share it.
A formal press kit is on the way—reach out if you need photos, quotes, or background now.
👉 Working on a story? Get in touch, we’d love to be in it.
For community-minded partners and collaborators
Eat My Shortbread has always been about people—neighbours, makers, volunteers, shopkeepers. If you’re working on something local or meaningful, and think we’d be a good fit, let’s talk.
👉 Got a local idea or collab in mind? Let’s see if it clicks.
For customers who don’t want to settle
Maybe you found us at a show. Maybe someone gave you an Eat My Shortbread cookie, and you’ve been chasing it ever since. However you got here, welcome!
You can find our products online, at events, and in a growing number of independent shops.
👉 Ready for a treat? Shop online here.
👉 Want to find us in person or on store shelves? Our homepage will be updated with this info shortly.
