RETURN & REFUND POLICY Last updated: June 2026
Perishable Goods Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final once an order has been shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at eatmyshortbreadcompany@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Courier insurance does not cover baked goods, so anything that we are replacing is at our own cost.
Packaging EatMyShortbread reserves the right to update packaging at any time. Packaging style is not guaranteed to match previous orders and is not grounds for a refund. Our priority is always the safe delivery and freshness of your product.
Taste & Appearance Our shortbread is handmade in small batches. Minor variations in size, shape, or appearance are normal and are not considered defects. There may be variances in sizes or thickness. This can not be avoided.
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund less a 10% restocking fee. After that, orders are in production and cannot be cancelled.
