Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 - 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note we do not ship on Fridays, weekends or holidays.

Important Notes for Perishable Goods Our shortbread and baked goods are made without preservatives and in a nut-free facility. Because our products are perishable and preservative-free, please be aware:
- We recommend selecting an expedited shipping option when available, especially during warmer months.
- We are not responsible for product quality if delivery is delayed due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- We will not replace your items if they are damaged during shipping.
- We do our best to package everything safely and securely.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 12-24 hours for tracking details to update after your shipment notification.
Weekend & Holiday Shipping We do not process or ship orders on Fridays, weekends or statutory holidays. Orders placed after 2 pm on Thursdays will be processed the following Monday.
